Music has always been the language of the Church. Psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs have been part of the Church's corporate worship from the very beginning. Under this heading Lex Orandi will consider many aspects of music and chant, and their place in in the Liturgy and worship of the Church.
The first item presented is a chart comparing three hymnals (SBH, LW, and TLH) and hymns they share in common.
